How to be a Stoic with Massimo Pigliucci

Thursday 20th July 2017

Whether we worry about what to eat, how to love, or simply how to be happy, we are worrying about how to lead a good life. No goal is more elusive. Philosophy professor from NYC– and practicing modern Stoic – Massimo Pigliucci, offers Stoicism as the best way to embrace it.

Massimo’s personal journey through stoicism teaches us the importance of a person’s character, integrity, and compassion. He suggests that whoever we are, we can take something away from stoicism. He’ll be at 12 Hay Hill to give you practical tips and exercises, meditation and mindfulness, to help you in every part of life.
