Unlock the Stress Cycle

How can women regulate self-criticism, and find a sense of peace in a world insistent on telling them who they should be and how they should be it? In a stressed-out, unpredictable and anxious-ridden world, how can women minimise stress, manage emotions and live a more joyful life?

In their ground-breaking new talk – Burnout - sisters Emily and Amelia Nagoski, for the first time, explore the gendered experience of stress and why women experience burnout differently to men.

They’ll be on the Salon Stage this March to explain the science behind psychological burnout, and giving you meaningful ways to prevent it. From their simple, science-based plan to actually deal with stress which, like the like the digestive system, is a cycle you have to complete in order to release; to how to overcome emotional exhaustion at home and in the workplace – setting boundaries without the guilt, avoid feeling swallowed up by work or suffocated by commitments.

Doors 7pm, 19 March. Central London location. Tickets are £25 and include a copy of Burnout: The Secret to Solving the Stress Cycle.
